1. After nearly a year of administration, President
Mohammad Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has failed to keep his
promise of ending the Boko Haram crisis of the North West, within “three
months”. Boko Haram still manages the affairs of the North western part of the
country, and left to me I’d say they're doing pretty well.
2. During his administration from 2015 to the present
day the Nigerian nominal GDP has fallen from 525.6B$
during Ex-President
Goodluck Jonathan’s administration at March 2015 to 494.8B$ at March 2016. A
total loss of about 30B$.
3. For the first time in the history of Democratic
Nigerian President, the Buhari made himself the Minister of Petroleum.
4. During his 2015 election campaign, President
Mohammad Buhari promised to squash the office of the First Lady, saying it was
not necessary and that it was economic sabotage, but until the present date
there has been no such thing. Rather his wife Aisha Buhari, operates from the
same Office of the First Lady.
5. Since his swearing in, President Mohammad has not
stayed in the country consistently for more than two months. He is the most
traveled Nigerian President ever elected.
